Feed Not Updating

If your feed isn't updating properly, try refreshing the feed manually from your dashboard. Feeds are automatically updated every hour, but you can trigger an immediate update.

Image Upload Issues

Having trouble uploading images? Make sure your images are under 5MB and in JPG, PNG, or GIF format. If problems persist, try compressing the image or using a different browser.

Custom URL Problems

If your custom URL isn't working, check that it follows our naming guidelines (letters, numbers, and dashes only). Also verify that the URL isn't already taken by another user.

Analytics Not Showing

Analytics data is updated every 24 hours. If you've just created your feed, it may take a day before meaningful data appears. Check back later or ensure your feed has subscribers.

Quick answers to common support questions

What are the support hours?

Our support team is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Email inquiries received outside of these hours will be addressed on the next business day. Pro and Business plan customers receive priority support.

What's the typical response time for support inquiries?

Free plan users can expect responses within 48 business hours. Pro plan users receive responses within 24 business hours, and Business plan users can expect responses within 12 business hours. For urgent issues, Business plan customers can request expedited support.

Do you offer phone support?

Phone support is available for Business plan customers only. If you're on a Business plan, you can schedule a call with our support team through your dashboard. All other plans receive support through email and our documentation resources.

Is there a community forum for MyRSS users?

Yes! We have a community forum where users can ask questions, share tips, and connect with other MyRSS users. It's a great resource for finding solutions and learning from other users' experiences. You can access the forum at community.myrss.org.

Do you offer implementation assistance?

Business plan customers receive complimentary implementation assistance for setting up their feeds and integrating with existing systems. For other plans, we provide detailed documentation and guides, but personalized implementation assistance is available as a separate service. Contact our sales team for more information.
