- Infringes upon or violates the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties (including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights)
- Contains software viruses, malware, or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment
- Facilitates or encourages gambling, lotteries, raffles, or pyramid schemes, except as permitted by law
- Contains misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent information
3. RSS Feed and API Usage
3.1 Content Guidelines
All content published through RSS feeds must:
- Be accurate and not misleading
- Include appropriate metadata, including titles, descriptions, and publication dates
- Not contain excessive or irrelevant keywords ("keyword stuffing")
- Not attempt to manipulate search rankings or engage in other deceptive SEO practices
3.2 Technical Requirements
When using our service, you must:
- Follow RSS technical specifications and best practices
- Not exceed reasonable bandwidth usage or API rate limits as defined in your service plan
- Not engage in activities that degrade service performance for other users
- Not attempt to circumvent limitations or restrictions on your account
4. Security and Privacy
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services, other accounts, or systems connected to our services
- Use our services to collect or harvest personal information about other users without their consent
- Use our services to distribute unsolicited commercial messages ("spam")
- Impersonate another person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
- Use automated methods (bots, scripts, etc.) to access our services except as explicitly permitted via our API documentation
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services
5. Data Usage and Storage
When using our services, you must:
- Respect storage limits associated with your service plan
- Not use our services as a general file storage or backup service
- Not store content unrelated to RSS feed publishing
- Not attempt to use our services to distribute or store malware, ransomware, or other harmful code
6. Commercial Use
Free accounts are primarily intended for personal, non-commercial use. If you are using MyRSS for commercial purposes, we recommend upgrading to a paid plan that better suits your business needs.
6.1 Fair Use for Free Accounts
Free accounts are subject to fair use limitations, including:
- Bandwidth caps
- Limited storage
- Restricted number of feeds
- Basic analytics
Excessive use beyond these limitations may require upgrading to a paid plan or result in temporary service restrictions.
7. Monitoring and Enforcement
MyRSS reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to:
- Monitor or review any content posted on our services
- Remove or disable access to any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates this AUP or is otherwise harmful
- Investigate potential violations of this AUP
- Take appropriate action against anyone who violates this AUP, including suspending or terminating access to our services
- Report violations to law enforcement authorities
