If you believe that your content was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to upload and use the content, you may send a written counter-notification to our Copyright Agent containing the following information:
Upon receipt of a proper counter-notification, we will promptly provide the person who submitted the original DMCA notification with a copy of the counter-notification and inform that person that we will restore the removed content or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days. Then, unless our Copyright Agent first receives notice from the person who submitted the original DMCA notification that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our system or network, we will restore access to the removed material between 10 and 14 business days after receipt of the counter-notification.
Important: Misrepresentations made in counter-notifications may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by MyRSS or our users.
It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or who has had content removed from our service more than twice. We reserve the right to determine whether a user is a repeat infringer in our sole discretion.
MyRSS accommodates and does not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works, subject to the user's compliance with our Terms of Service and other policies.
